Grangeville High School

Music

The Grangeville High School Music Department offers many different opportunities for students to experience music. The program offers band, concert choir, auditioned choir (Varsity Blue), and two music appreciation courses: History of Rock and Roll and Guitar. The three performing classes get to do many different activities throughout the school year. They are also active in the community, including Pep band and the Star-Spangled Banner at some athletic games and caroling at the local nursing homes during the winter. Music is all around us, and learning about it helps us appreciate and understand it even more.
